검색창에서 확장되는 업무 도구Work tools that extend the search window

메인 창의 Apps 탭에는 업무 보조 앱이 모여 있습니다. 각 앱은 별도 창으로 열리고, 일정과 할 일은 바탕화면 위젯으로도 쓸 수 있으며 Luna와도 연동됩니다. The Apps tab in the main window hosts productivity apps. Each opens in its own window; Schedule and To-do also offer desktop widgets and integrate with Luna.

카드를 클릭하면 해당 앱이 별도 창으로 열립니다. 이미 열려 있으면 그 창에 초점이 이동합니다. 연결 센터는 설정 → 기본에서 MCP 서버 및 도구 연동이 켜져 있어야 표시됩니다. Click a card and the app opens in its own window (or refocuses if already open). Connection Center appears only when MCP integration is enabled in Settings → General.

AI가 폴더 구조를 제안해 주는 폴더 정리 기능은 아직 테스트 단계라 기본 구성에는 표시되지 않습니다. 정식 제공 시 이 가이드에 추가됩니다. Folder Organizer — an AI-assisted folder cleanup tool — is still in testing and not part of the default app set. It will be documented here once released.

일정 관리 — 로컬에 저장되는 내 업무 달력Schedule — your work calendar, stored locally

월간 달력에서 일정을 등록하고 관리합니다. 모든 일정은 내 PC의 로컬 DB에 저장됩니다. Manage events on a monthly calendar. Everything is stored in a local database on your PC.

  • 새 일정: 오른쪽 위 + 새 일정 또는 달력의 날짜를 클릭. 제목, 날짜/시간(또는 종일), 색상, 설명, 장소를 입력합니다.New event: click + New event or a day cell. Enter title, date/time (or all-day), color, description, and location.
  • 수정/삭제: 일정을 클릭한 뒤 연필 아이콘으로 편집하거나 삭제합니다.Edit/delete: click an event, then use the pencil icon.
  • 일정 검색: 상단 검색창으로 제목·설명·장소를 검색합니다.Search: the top search box matches titles, descriptions, and locations.
  • 알림: 일정 시각에 알림을 받을 수 있습니다(설정 → 기본 → 알림 사용).Reminders: get notified at event time (Settings → General → Notifications).
  • Luna 연동: “다음 주 일정 알려줘”, “금요일 3시에 미팅 잡아줘”처럼 대화로 일정을 조회·등록할 수 있습니다.Luna integration: ask things like “what's on next week?” or “add a meeting Friday at 3pm”.

할 일 — 마감일과 우선순위가 있는 작업 목록To-do — tasks with due dates and priorities

할 일 앱. 프로젝트 색상, 우선순위, 마감일이 함께 표시되고 완료 항목은 아래로 정리됩니다. The To-do app: project colors, priorities, and due dates at a glance; completed items collect below.
  • 할 일 항목: 제목, 메모, 프로젝트, 우선순위(높음/중간/낮음), 마감일·시각, 알림 시각을 가질 수 있습니다.Task fields: title, notes, project, priority (high/medium/low), due date & time, and a reminder time.
  • 프로젝트: 같은 프로젝트끼리 색상으로 묶여 여러 업무를 한 화면에서 구분할 수 있습니다.Projects: tasks group by project color so multiple workstreams stay readable.
  • 달력에 표시: “일정에 표시” 옵션을 켜면 마감일 기준으로 일정 관리 달력에도 나타납니다.Show in Schedule: enable it and the task appears on the calendar by its due date.
  • 알림: 지정한 시각에 Windows 알림으로 리마인드를 받습니다.Reminders: Windows notifications at the time you choose.
  • Luna 연동: “내일까지 해야 할 일 뭐 있지?”, “보고서 검토 할 일로 추가해줘”처럼 요청할 수 있습니다.Luna integration: ask “what's due tomorrow?” or “add a task to review the report”.

위젯Widgets

바탕화면 위젯으로 항상 보이게Keep them visible with desktop widgets

일정 관리와 할 일 앱의 상단 위젯 버튼을 누르면 바탕화면에 항상 떠 있는 미니 위젯이 열립니다. 위젯은 접기/펼치기가 가능하고, 위치와 상태가 저장되어 다음 실행 때 자동으로 복원됩니다. 할 일 위젯에서는 빠른 추가도 할 수 있습니다. Click the Widget button at the top of Schedule or To-do to open an always-on-top mini widget on your desktop. Widgets collapse/expand, remember their position, and restore automatically on the next launch. The To-do widget even supports quick-add.

연결 센터 — Luna의 외부 도구 관리 (MCP)Connection Center — Luna's external tools (MCP)

연결 센터는 MCP(Model Context Protocol) 연결을 관리하는 곳입니다. MCP 서버를 켜면 Luna가 웹 검색, 사내 시스템 조회 같은 외부 도구를 대화 중에 사용할 수 있게 됩니다. 화면은 둘러보기 · 내 연결 · Findex MCP 세 개의 탭으로 나뉘고, 오른쪽 위 켜짐/꺼짐 배지는 MCP 연동 전체 스위치(설정 → 기본의 “MCP 서버 및 도구 연동”과 동일)입니다. 제목 아래에는 현재 연결 수와 사용 중인 도구 수가 표시됩니다. Connection Center manages your MCP (Model Context Protocol) connections. With a server enabled, Luna can call external tools — web search, internal systems, and more — during conversations. The window has three tabs — Browse · My connections · Findex MCP — and the On/Off badge at the top right is the master MCP switch (the same setting as “MCP servers & tools” in Settings → General). The subtitle shows how many connections and tools are currently active.

  • 카탈로그: 순차적 사고, 기억 노트, 웹 검색, 웹페이지 가져오기, 내 문서 폴더, GitHub, Notion, Slack 등 자주 쓰는 도구가 준비되어 있습니다.Catalog: commonly used tools are ready to add — sequential thinking, memory notes, web search, page fetch, documents folder, GitHub, Notion, Slack, and more.
  • 배지 읽는 법: “오프라인”은 인터넷 없이 동작, “인터넷 필요”는 외부 서비스와 통신, “검증”은 확인된 서버라는 뜻입니다.Badges: “Offline” works without internet, “Internet required” talks to external services, and “Verified” marks vetted servers.
  • 직접 입력: 카탈로그에 없는 서버는 아래 고급 옵션에서 명령형(stdio)·URL형 서버를 직접 등록할 수 있습니다. 환경 변수·헤더·타임아웃 지정을 지원합니다.Manual setup: servers not in the catalog can be added via the advanced option — both command (stdio) and URL servers, with env vars, headers, and timeouts.

내 연결 — 서버와 도구 관리My connections — manage servers and tools

  • 서버 켜기/끄기: 등록된 서버를 스위치로 활성화합니다. 켠 서버의 도구만 Luna에 노출됩니다.Enable/disable servers: toggle each registered server; only enabled servers expose tools to Luna.
  • 연결 점검: 저장 전에 연결 테스트로 서버가 응답하는지, 어떤 도구를 제공하는지 확인할 수 있습니다.Test before saving: the connection test verifies the server responds and lists its tools.
  • 도구 단위 제어: 서버 안의 도구를 개별로 켜고 끄고, 도구마다 “물어보기/항상 허용/차단” 권한을 정합니다.Per-tool control: enable each tool individually and set its permission — ask, always allow, or block.

외부 MCP 도구는 외부 서비스와 통신할 수 있습니다. 신뢰할 수 있는 서버만 등록하고, 처음 쓰는 도구는 권한을 “물어보기”로 두는 것을 권장합니다. External MCP tools may talk to outside services. Register only servers you trust, and keep new tools on “ask” permission at first.

Findex MCP

Findex MCP — 외부 AI에게 내 문서 검색을 빌려주기Findex MCP — lend your document search to other AIs

연결 센터의 Findex MCP 탭에서는 반대 방향의 연결을 관리합니다. Findex가 직접 MCP 서버가 되어, Claude Desktop 같은 외부 AI가 Findex의 파일명 검색과 문서 내용 검색을 사용할 수 있게 합니다. 전용 On/Off 토글로 언제든 개방을 중단할 수 있습니다. The Findex MCP tab manages the reverse direction: Findex itself acts as an MCP server so external AI clients (e.g. Claude Desktop) can use Findex's file-name and content search. A dedicated On/Off toggle lets you stop sharing at any time.

  1. 토글을 켭니다초록 점이 켜지고 “정상 작동 · 도구 N개”가 표시되면 준비 완료입니다. 연결 주소는 내 PC 안(127.0.0.1)에서만 열립니다. Turn the toggle onA green dot with “running · N tools” means it is ready. The endpoint is served only inside your PC (127.0.0.1).
  2. URL 복사 또는 설정 복사간단히 주소만 쓰려면 URL 복사, Claude Desktop 등 설정 파일에 붙여넣으려면 설정 복사(mcpServers JSON)를 사용하세요. Copy URL or Copy configUse Copy URL for just the address, or Copy config for a ready-made mcpServers JSON to paste into Claude Desktop and similar clients.
  3. 외부 AI에 붙여넣기인증 헤더가 함께 필요합니다. 이 토큰이 있어야만 접근할 수 있으니 외부에 공유하지 마세요. Paste into your AI clientThe Authorization header is required — treat the token as a secret and never share it.
